You can't blame Neela for everything. Like she told him she had to break up with Tony and she was going to do that at the wedding .When she talking to Ray before the wedding she was telling she wanted to be with him before they were interrupted. It's Tony and Gregg's fault because Gregg kicked him out instead of making sure he got home safely.
