dude, nice car but would seriously think about chopping the bit outa your vid where you are on the wrong side of a solid white line. sounds lame but people have been prosecuted using thier own youtube vids against them before. mainly crazy bikers but you could be next : ) i know people will say you overtook on the dashed line, but doesn't matter as you were still on wrong side when it went to solid, that's the law and the coppers are out to get ya lol

I live in scarborough and there's a few places around here that do it, but a lot of firms will come to your house and do the same service I got, never told my insurance as even my skoda main dealer had no idea when they hooked their machine up to the ECU, don't hang about get on google and find out where your nearest centre is, don't worry about brakes etc they could handle 300BHP!! skoda's rule!!!
The engine has an ECU (electronic control unit) this tell the engine how much fuel and air to run on. you could have the map set to use as little fuel as possible to give good MPG, or you could have the map set to run more fuel and air so you get more power.
basically.

KO4 sport turbo, Forge intercooler, sports cat, 3" straight through exhaust, Manifold, S3 injectors, ABD 3" intake, Custom Code re-map, adjustable Eibach suspension, Powerflex bushes, Kumho rally slicks,
Porsche cayenne 6pot calipers, AP racing 355mm disc's.
It'll all depend on the re-map, with this setup you could have anything between 230-290BHP, just depending on the map.

Hi car looks and sounds great. As a skoda lover ive got a 150 turbo estate with full leather etc. On a limited budget what would you suggest I do to boost performance eg remap. If i have a remap do I need to do breaks, suspension etc, I like cars but no little about mods.
Thanks

Re-map is the most effective and delivers most power for money.
As for brakes and suspension im not sure.
The Vrs's handled power perfectly well when i first had it mapped.

You claim your highly modified vRS top speeded at 155mph - I got an unmodified one at 153mph, and it'll do 0-60mph in roughly the same time - are the modifications worth it, because I want to do up mine - but only if its beneficial!

Is it worth it? Definately.
0-60 Depends on the tyres, at the time i had cheap Khumo's on and i couldnt get any power down in 1st or 2nd, its the in-gear accelaration where it makes it up. The pull in 5th gear is unreal.
The top end all depends on the gearbox even JBS's 550Bhp Octavia struggles to crack 160.
If you want to go over 300Bhp though you'll need internals e.g pistons and rods.
