One of Rockland's oldest homes, an original post and beam at 425 Hingham St., dates back to the 1750's. Ed Margetts of Hingham, the owner of Granite Construction and All Access Real Estate, purchased the building and is in the process of delicately deconstructing it piece by piece. He will rebuild it in on land he owns in Fryeburg Maine.
