Nice power on the bag - there's more penetration to those punches than I would have expected. The waist connection reminds me of the way George Foreman used to hit a heavy bag - do you have some boxing experience yourself?

YiQuan is totally different fm other Nation's Martial Art. It is difficult to explain to you because you are not chinese. In the past, YiQuan is our chinese secret's weapon in KungFu real fighting. It is about life or death. So, Great Grand Master Wong Xian Zhai did not want to teach other nation's MArtists even he was alive. You are the lucky person because some of the chinese eager to tell you something in this. But, fm my point of view, you are walking the opposite direction in YiGuan.

I think you´are full of bull!! What do you talking about?? Btw, my teacher was not Chinese if you really want to know! He is from Europe who lived and studied in China for 7 years. So once again, Im not lucky because there are many Chinese yiquan teachers comming to Europe and teach what they think is correct Yiquan. Please, how do you know that your kung fu is (Yiquan)?? By "copying" another "master of copycat"!!

Firstly, Real Yi Guan will not show any external movements like Guan's Styles. Secondly, Real Yi Guan is the learning to abolish your own force. Other things can be found by yourselves. A clue for you - Do you need to train yr eyelids to open and close very fast when something fry in front of your face? If you can perceive this, you are back to the track!

Good job buddy, keep up your training. Dont listen to these guys, I think the movement is great. Sure its not grand master level but its better than lots of guys out there!

there is no reason that this is not yiquan. He didn't claim he has mastered martial arts either. I'd like to add that my I-chuan teacher speaks mostly of muscle, but doesn't neglect the existence of chi when it's appropriate.

Hi, I would just like to say that I do see quite a lot of movement in your form (especailly in your supporting knee). Please learn to drop your shoulders and have the feeling of them pulling apart. Maybe its just the quality of the video, but you look rather tense and also looks as if you are tensing the lips.

Good work though, let know one argue. Instead lets learn from each other.

You ar an intelligent person. At least, wanting to know the truth. Fm my point of view, even the best student (Master Yao) who learned directly with Great Master Wang Xian Zhai only has around 5-10% skills and power fm Grand Master. So that, can you think that the others (Called Master) knows to teach the Real Yi Guan to You? Besides, you asked a good question. Noone knows he is learning the right YiGuan or Not today.
