The song actually lasts longer too!!
Later on, Cal sings two leads on the lines..."Gonna let love live, aw, a little bit longer, let the torch shine"...she sings one slow and one fast. The combination is quite amazing and very effective.
Sylvia Moy was the main person behind this recordingg...which explains its similarity with Stevie Wonder's "Uptight"
