The tune is Amal Hayati, made famous by the Egyptian diva Om Kalthoum. This sounds like Omar Khorshid, so it's likely from his album Tribute to Om Kolthoum. He also played for her. No clue on the drum solo. Two replies from ME music websites claim it's a typical drum solo. I beg to differ! It's outstanding on the part of both the dancer and the drummer.
