I don't get why everyone is giving reptilians a bad rep. I come from a reptilian family and although we decide not to reveal our true shape, we do very much represent our heritage in our home. Yet, we have also adapted to your culture. My parents and I go to church every Sunday, the Church of Latter Day Saints to be exact. We help out with local charities and on the weekends run a soup kitchen. Times are bad, do not judge me on the color of my scales but what is inside my heart.

@OutlawVR Because in a low quality video the image as been compressed, the eyes blinking move too fast for the compression algorithm to follow and give that jumping effect some people call reptilian eyes. A video compressor will often not analyses all frames of a video, it analyses one frame out of every x number of frame and compress accordingly to that frame. If rapid movement, light or color change happens, the frames gets compression artifacts until the next reference frame.
