Lovely.

Thank You :) Where can we find the foil?

This is amazing. I saw some foiling done recently with a machine which was really expensive and not something I'd want to buy, but this is so much better! Amazing that you can put it on clothing too. Absolutely beautiful. Thanks for sharing.

Any foil will work. The key to great results is the adhesive. There is a link on my website to sources. website is trishstuart (my name) .com. Laura Murray sells the products I use but there is also a link directly to the manufacturer TransCorp on my website sources page. Hope this helps!

Thanks so much for your video. I've done some foiling but never on fabric, what a great idea for you to share.
Do you feel that using the iron is more beneficial than just using a brayer? Thanks so much for your video.

I am so glad you liked the vid. If you are using a glue that allows cold application of foil I find it works best to use something that scrapes rather than rolls. A good tool would be one of those boning things you use to crease paper. If you are applying the glue to a plant, then pressing the plant (glue side down) to fabric, a brayer helps make an even application of glue. Make sure the glue dries all the way on the fabric before you apply the foil.

Love this Technique!! I have some foil that came with the transfer I will be using for my shirts. What type of liquid adhesive are you working with? Thanks So Much For Sharing!

I use a commercial grade adhesive from TransCorp Development. I have used Jones Tones, and Tonertex from BoNash, as well. They allow cold or hot application of foil. They are all good but different from each other. You really need to test them yourself to see which you prefer.
