USC School of Cinematic Arts students and alumni and other Hollywood filmmakers met with a few IBM's top scientists to "Imagine the World in 2050." The event launched a collaboration between IBM and USC to explore how combining creative vision and insight with science and technology trends might fuel novel solutions to the most pressing problems and opportunities of our time. in 2050, the world will be a giant smoking ball of shit, set on fire by the inevitable nuclear wars between Russia, China & USA over the remaining natural resources which the human population is consuming far faster than the planet can produce. Not to mention... FOOD to feed the 10+ billion population by then.
