A travers son programme Pou Ayiti, l'Association Tierra Incógnita propose une série de formations communautaires complétes afin de facilitar l'accès à l'eau potable, améliorer les conditions d'hygiène et diminuer les maladies hydriques. Ainsi, elle a proposé au Camps Ça Ira (Léogane) d'installer 2 appareils WATA (Technologie Suisse Antenna) permettant de produire du chlore natuerel par électrolyse de sel brut et d'eau.
