    Thanks for your agreement.

If Nefesh to Nefesh really was concerned with aliyah and westerners staying, they would invest more money into the westerners that are here, and have been caught up in tough times. It is shameful to even bring more, when those here are suffering and needing to return.

If the westerners here don't have work, why bring more?

Especially when statistically most westerners return to their countries within 3 yrs.

A group to retain those here should be formed.

  • @abbienetvision... I agree with you, its a business. I didn't come across real jews for a long time who have a real organization to help. The money blinds those who profit & forget what they are in a mission to do.

  • Iam,

There are so many Americans that have returned to USA,some of them that I met had been here, in Israel for over 10 yrs, learned the language on their own, bought businesses, and invested their lives in Israel.

I am still here in Israel, but so many have left, those that had the greatest chance of staying forever. It is shameful!

  • I live in Israel and made Aliyah in 1996, and there was no Nefesh to Nefesh. But when they began, I saw through community lists, that many Americans that had built their lives here couldn't afford to stay. I wrote to Nefesh to Nefesh, but they refused to help even one of these people, that came to Israel on their own, learned hebrew, bought businesses, and had been here already for 10 yrs or more.

If this group cares about Aliyah, help those that did it alone too.
