Units responding to a box alarm for a house fire at 7 Hamilton ave in Frederick, MD. First units on scene reported working fire with fire showing from the roof of 10 Hamilton ave. Fire quickly spread to the house next door (12 Hamilton ave) and command requested the Safety Task Force which brought second due units to the scene. This was recorded on my cell phone, then my battery died.

Units shown responding in this video are E-311, E-12, E-502 (Which missed the turn at Hamilton off South st), Ambulances 319, 28. Other units responding to the call included E-31, E-22, E-34, E-331, RS-3, Truck 4-2, Truck 4-1, Tower 1 (also missed the turn at Hamilton), Quint 11, Ambulance 38, Battalion 901, Safety 901, Chief 3, Chief 3-2, Chief-2, Chief 2-2 , Chief-4, Chief-1, and Duty 1




Firefighters are on the scene of a house fire in the City of Frederick.

The fire broke out just after 6:30 p.m. at 7 Hamilton Avenue, located near the fairgrounds.

  • That is a stardard buld Rotoray. Its old school. And the White engine is Engine 12 out of Independent Hose Co 1. off of Baughmans Rd.

  • @ryanlovestosnowboard its leds, it just gets stuck on the grill sometimes, thats why its not spinning

  • the woman that said that it seems that its everyone in a 20 mile radius, it would be true, because there could be a desent fire. Where I am for a fire over 5-10 towns or more would respond to the fire.

  • the seagrave is from Independent hose company in fredericek, MD. I'm a LT. there and we just ordered a new seagrave to replace it.
