Air conditioning problems during last summer on the Melbourne train network is the main focus of the Parliament enquiry into who is/was to blame for the issue. Despite Connex and Department Of Transport's Jim Betts stating that it could and would most likely happen again the Premier, John Brumby, gave a definite "No" when asked if it would happen again. Who is right? This coming summer in just over four months time will reveal all. Captured from Channel 9 6pm evening news 21 July 2009.

  • Brumby....what a loose cannon....Kosky got out of it easy...fair enough...family issues.... but have the gut to come back and lend a hand in the fuck up that went through your term.....Myki...shit what a joke!

  • Is Mr Brumby going to answer for his LIE in this video? He said "NO" to the question from the reporter, but yet today, 43 degrees, only THREE lines are unaffected.

  • Forty year old air conditioners on trains made between 1981 and 1989...great journalism.
