Air conditioning problems during last summer on the Melbourne train network is the main focus of the Parliament enquiry into who is/was to blame for the issue. Despite Connex and Department Of Transport's Jim Betts stating that it could and would most likely happen again the Premier, John Brumby, gave a definite "No" when asked if it would happen again. Who is right? This coming summer in just over four months time will reveal all. Captured from Channel 9 6pm evening news 21 July 2009.
Brumby....what a loose cannon....Kosky got out of it easy...fair enough...family issues.... but have the gut to come back and lend a hand in the fuck up that went through your term.....Myki...shit what a joke!

Is Mr Brumby going to answer for his LIE in this video? He said "NO" to the question from the reporter, but yet today, 43 degrees, only THREE lines are unaffected.

Forty year old air conditioners on trains made between 1981 and 1989...great journalism.
