This exercise works the anterior and posterior deltoids (front and back of shoulder) mainly. This should be done while bent over slightly farther than I am in the video.

  • Yea I know. Its because I record it with my digital camera and the one I use just does that for some reason. I haven't looked through the options to see if I could fix that.
