How to get letters in pivot

you cannot do that, or at least i cant because all the lines have their own seperate properties...

I looked at icepivots vid alot more helpful you go to paint type in what you want then go to pivot and load as a sprite

when i go to load figure type it dosent show that what is the folder called?
