With a combination of salt in the air and intense sunlight, the paint didn't really have a chance. If they tried to repaint it, it wouldn't last more than a couple years, much less thirty. That's why they just leave it. Only when the horn begins to rust do they actually worry.

Man, that Thunderbolt 1000T looks pretty bad, but it sounds great. That is definitely chopper level 6. Great video! :)

Thunderbolt looks in pretty bad shape but it still has a healthy sound to it. It sounds like it is set on chopper level 6. Nice recording.
