  • Need to correct you on a major error here - the guy in the video is NOT Stephen Barry - its a legend called Ray St.Clair who is also the founder of FreedomRebels co.uk

  • @londonboiler Thank you. for the correction. What has that incident and case come to?

  • This was not a win, the court still had a charge against the NAME.

And as far as the Constitution, like GEORGE BUSH said, "the CONSTITUTION is just a god damn piece of paper"

COMMON LAW , and the JUDGES OATH of OFFICE is an illusion

  • @nonassumsit Certainly FEELS that way. Perhaps when Common Law Nations sheeple grow new spires

and form "de Jure GRAND JURY" in each county, and Order arrests of the Criminals usurping the Judges seat, things will change. But I would not hold your breath waiting.

  • Contempt of court. He took out his phone and the judge saw him fiddling with it to make a recording. He gave him six months. He is being denied his rights and cannot access a lawyer. He is in solitary confinement. Habeas Corpus has been served and we hope to get him in court tomorrow.

  • @anajinn let me know how this goes. Brits should NOT h ave surrendered their guns. Begging tyranical abuse is Useless.

  • Is it possible to apply the common law in Spain?????

  • thats the difference between talking the talk and walking the walk,,WILL YOU WALK THE WALK like us Brits???

  • @anajinn Prisoners do not have an automatic right to access a lawyer unless they are about to go to trial or appeal. The right to representation applies only with respect to the right to a fair trial, not while incarcerated. If the request to appeal is rejected, then the prisoner has no right to counsel.

  • @c6rocks Lastly in reply to needing to be sovereign. Yes you do have to be sovereign domicile in a sovereign State. The thing they don't want you to know is that you are already sovereign. Words like citizen, resident, individual and so on deal with people that have a contract with the entity seeking jurisdiction. The SSN#, DL, and Birth Certificate are contracts and these are how the courts recognize us (i.e. upon entering the court the judge asks, "are you C 6 ROCKS?").

  • @c6rocks The judge takes an Oath to uphold the constitutions this is filed with the Secretary of State if it is a Curcuit, District, or Supreme Court. Municipalities file them either with the County recorder or their own court. They don't want to show them because it shows that they are to uphold those constitutions first before their duties. Anytime I show an officer my license I first explain to him that I am not driving but am traveling and I claim common law jurisdiction.

  • @SiRTim1000 If you could be so kind as to reply. I can never find why a judge can't produce his "oath of office" or does he not want to? Secondly, if you show the officer your license, have you proven jurisdiction over you? Lastly, do you have to be a sovereign to even think of pulling this off? Thankyou

  • @anajinn Can you please tell me where you got this information from, I am intrigued to find that Mr Stephen Barry was treated this way for such a petty 'offence', and feel that I can put the record straight.

  • @1searchers Then ask the officer, "Did you have an affidavit of probable cause? What are the elements needed for A.P.C.?" Then I ask, "Did you sign a valid cause of action against me? What are the elements of a valid cause of action?" An affidavit of probable must show the judge that you commited a crime and the officer has facts and evidence to show that you did. A valid cause of action shows that you commited a trespass and caused injury and the plaintiff has come to the court for redress.

  • @1searchers The last level is constitutional law, UCC, USC, and American Jurisprudence (Am Jur. is commonly called the conscience of the law.) Under these I have around 100 texts supporting the right to travel. If the court is still giving me problems after this I ask the judge, "Am I entitled to a fair trial? Can I have a fair trial if there is a conflict of interest? Who pays you?" Then I demand to cross examine my accuser.
