Gears of War 2 COG Tag Box Opening

Microsoft sent me a Gears of War 2 COG Tag - here's me opening the box.

Why me? I'm a Microsoft Xbox MVP, and Microsoft sent COG Tags to MVPs, as well as to the press. You can even get one for yourself - go to the official Epic Gears of War 2 forums (google it).

@RaidenPrimus This particulary one was only offered in very limited numbers (maybe a dozen?) to promote Gears of War 2. You can get something similar in Gears of War 3 Epic Edition.

@sephiroth611 Yeah, Epic wouldn't give two of these bad boys in one packaging, as for why the characters have only 1 cog tag, who knows, maybe it could be that they melted one down to make more ammo and guns etc., which is why the armor is different as well (speaking in storywise) but just wanted to know, thanks for the info

@Leon3921 Well, I saw two Cog on each necklace since the first game, plus Dog Tags have two plates. So I'm guessing it's to do with the fact two might have required more work. And I doubt it has to do with Rank, because Anya and Hoffman are the only Officers in the game.

@sephiroth611 well actually the hole is to run a ring through it, then the necklace otherwise it'd be crooked, and i guess this is how cog tags are in the game as someone stated before, the size to fit a big ass cog soldier, and in gears of war 3, you could see every character has 1 cog tag, and for some reason when you pick up some cog tags, it's two :/ *shrugs* maybe it's different depending on the rank of a soldier.
