Rochester Institute of Technology held its first E-Dragster Race to kickoff the 2012 Imagine RIT: Innovation and Creativity Festival. President Bill Destler challenged students to build a small vehicle that was fueled by alternative energy, and the winning team came from WE@RIT, Women in Engineering, a program within RIT's Kate Gleason College of Engineering.
