Police State Exhibit 2 -. Carol Gotbaum Assaulted by Police

In this clip we see how quickly the police attempt to physically control Carol. It only takes about 15 seconds from the time the first police officer, the one in shorts, arrives until the time he starts to try to grab her. Were they not given the privileges of police officers this would legally have been assault. To me it is still assault, which resulted in her death.

personally, if a cop tells me to do something, I assume it is for a reason, and I obey. I don't mouth off or argue. I have never been assaulted by a cop. Hmmmm....wonder why??? LOL

@sammerlin1 .. police werent at fault that means instead of taking up and wasting precious court time they settled for a very low amount out of court to save the courts time or are you that ignorant you dont know how things work in the world? were you there in any of this? no so you like me and anyone else not there cant say anything
