okay, when I turn my reciever on, it says network adapter connected! good sign, I have ihub without wm just staring with 5e. ....however, in the ip config menu option, i do not have the full menu as shown above, i can't scroll down any more, the field for serail number is simply not there.......I have a sv 360p, with 420 fine and 2.2 ihub...please heolp..

i have a sonicvew hd 8000hd and i want to get channels do i need to ge thte newlink dongle to get my channels because ever since a year my channels have not worked so is this dongle what i need to get my service back
