@karakun1 you need to search harder, their is plenty of talent out their, its just hard to find it through out the mainstream crap you mentioned. there's gintama,sket dance,toriko,one piece,beelzebub,soul eater (dont let the last one fool you,its not a fan service show as it goes on) the reason their are so many echi titles lately is because anime struggles their too (can you imagine that lol) so companies use that as a way to keep themselves alive so they can move on to other projects

@redfoxarts the only problem with the 2011 version is that its toned down, by that i mean the violence, but it makes up for it with amazing pacing. something that the first anime suffered with on many occasions, by extending scenes/ pointless filler to stay behind the manga. however both anime are great in their own right. and i think that the 2011 version can be ramped up, if they get to change their time slot to a later time, which usually = more blood.
