This does not disallow a complaint it just means to to bring the complaint the direct person that make the change necessary. Change can and will still happen when focus is but on the actions needed to fix the situation....just not griping about to all the people who can't

How dare I complain about or question anything?

I say, how dare you not question everything?!? Change stems from acknowledging when things aren't working. There are so many situations where a complaint has led to better understanding and/or changes. From the workings of governmental politics, to the workings of your own physical body- a complaint can morph into something so much larger if it isn't addressed.

Be sure to get the book when you order the bracelet. This is a great program! Truly life changing. (I have had my bracelet (and off) for over 6 months. The last 2 months I have not had to change it from one wrist to another.) I plan to wear one for the rest of my life. Harvard
