i was told left leg upside down because if you enter them in a show and yours is on the wrong leg you cant enter? have you heard that before

a few days ago a young (not baby but not adult) pigeon's mother was eaten alive by a cat in the neighborhood (my little sister's nanny saw) I was wondering what I should do to raise it. I've been feeding it through a syrenge so far and teaching it to drink water from a bowl.

I raise racing pigeons too. :)
That's pretty much the same way I've been banding them except I think it's easier to have someone hold the bird still. When I was little I used to be able to band them without needing anything to pull the toe through... wish my fingers were still that little!
im i wrong to say thats on the wrong leg?

It doesn't matter which leg you band them on.

i like to raise pigeons too, i prefer to raise ornamental pigeon, but unfortunatelly here in brasil we are forbidden to imports them. what kind of pigeon do you raise? i loved to see you putting band in the babies pigeons
