  • Hey you should use balsa wood for blades. They would be very light

  • @Redflashy14 Good Idea I did have one with some thick balsa blades I believe the video is called my first wind turbine

  • Your getting better at stepper motors dean. i do believe your the stepper motor expert. your a real tubinologist. keep up the good work.

  • @jeffmolly1 Thanks more stepper motor videos to come!

  • Excellent video Dean, I am also building a wind turbine using a stepper motor and currently researching for the best wiring digram on current generation, will even put a video on you tube myself once I learn how to, fairly new to this computer game myself, look forwards to seeing more of your videos, keep up the good work, regards Nigel aka Doc Cox

  • Whats up Dean, You really blow me away you are making a lot of us older guys proud. keep up the good work, by the time you buy a home you will probably never have to buy power..........One thing i noticed is if you tilt your blades up a couple of degrees you will gain more blade surface for the wind to catch, the wind almost always comes down at an angle to fill in the open spaces in your yard......great job dont stop get it get it..................LATER FROM THE WEST COAST
