I got UltraDNS which, according to namebench is 302.7% faster than my current primary DNS server... And my speed droped from 408kbps to 68kbps :s this shit sucks!!

My fastest was my current Google DNS servers.
Can you also put in the seconday DNS server that namebench gave? What happens if your primary DNS server fails for some reason and you did not have a secondary DNS server?
Are all of the DNS servers suggested by namebench safe? Sorry for the long comment.

@Laoch111 Yes you can. If the first one fails I believe it will use you ISP's DNS server. I don't know if all of the servers it checks for are safe or not but the worst thing an unsafe server can do is log the websites you visit.
