this is like level 20 u know, even at 75 u can end up killing a small bird but theres creatures huge beasts etc all at varying levels, higher level creatures have more abilitys and strength def etc, but u can always change models of mobs if u dont like killing wimpy small things.

Is this game really fun? :o Because I go to Gamestop tomorrow and I'm debating on getting it...along with its 4 expansions =o I want to know if it's worth it ^o^

Even if I'm one of the best FF fans, i really don't like FF11 very much, because it's online and online rpgs are games that are full of NOOBS. FF11, is more like that fucking world of warcraft, i've heared.

at higher levels its impossible to find noobs on ffxi at all. But ytou still do encounter some.

I was plesantly surprised by FF11s freindly players. Hell even the ones that didnt speak english and were a much higher lvl stuck around struggling with the translator to try and help me. :D

But you have to remember that EVERYONE was a "noob" at everything at one time or another. I really find it funny that some people think sitting on their asses grafting away at an online game makes them feel superior. Don't get me wrong, I sit on my own ass playing games...but I don't feel superior to anyone else about it. So yeah, anyone new to a game is basically YOU a few years before. Just saying...

@arkadian87 same here friend. i would like to get my old account back because i had a good sum of money from my linkshell (which probably dont exist anymore) and i have already done the SAM job quest (which takes to god damn long) and BLU and RNG. and thats all i really wanted until i hit 75. but im going to re join but if i cant get my old Character back im starting on a new server ect. oh and its been 2 years since i have played and i think the level cap has gone up =D. i was on qualtzelcoatl

Anyway, in my opinion wow gets boring pretty fast. It's like quest, quest, quest, raid, raid, raid and then "yeah, i got the best gear ever" and then blizzard makes a new expansion and it goes all over again. Can't they think of something new?

true its worth it true WoW is probably better because ffxi is older and put on xbox so not as many people wanna play it. wow is massive cheap and has more stuff to do besides fighting and traveleing. sooo makes the games like a scale measuring back and forthe through updates and styles.

this game is fun and yes its worth it.. if you play wow your paying 14.99 and at end game there is nothing to do but dailys and dungeons and raids.. in FFXI you pay 12.95 a month for a game that dose not really have no end.. lol there is an end to ffxi but they come out with new stuff all the time.. so its well worth the money you pay a month.. easy

So did you buy her. If your still thinking of getting it I could use a friend to lv with. I'm going to get her this weekend. I've got a friend on diabolos that is going to be power Leveling Me for as long as he can. He's a Lv 75 PLD.
