I cant find that switch part anywhere. Where did you find it and whats it called?

Looks like you just went through what I did about a year ago. My switch had heated up so much until the contact parts inside the switch didn't make contact causing the loss of fan speed control. Pretty easy replacement. I did put a lot of die-electric contact grease.to hopefully prevent it from happening again.. So far so good.
Now I have a problem with the heat output only getting warm. Not heating up enough although the blower seems to be blowing well. Any Ideas?. Thanks for the video.
