lol my 360 did the same sept it wos on the outer edge and i got fukin pissed started swearin at the console and rang EB Games and sed i wont a fukin refund sold me a dodgy cunt game and they went soz cant help ya so i killed ma 360 and got a new1 from microsoft and kept ma hard drive and gears so im fukin happy
mite ring up EB Games and complain

Take a sock and rub the bottom of the disk till it is scratched to all hell then try again. Some how this works sometimes because it reduces the scratches enough that the laser can bounce back and the disk can be read. Its worth a shot since its broken. I have done with many disks and they worked again. Make sure you rotate the sock over the bottom in a circular motion to produce scratches in the direction the disk will be reading. producing scratches like a record.

I think you scratched the disk on purpose before putting it into the 360, because:
why would you video this if you thought it would be fine?
