Peter Chan, Executive Chef at Wing Lei, believes passion is essential to great cooking. With extensive experience in Chinese cuisine, Peter uses premium ingredients to create a brand new dining experience. Since he joined Wynn Macau in August 2008, Peter has taken his passion and understanding of food to create new menus which reflect his cooking philosophy - pure, brilliant, fresh and no excessive decoration.
Born in Hong Kong, Peter began his career working as a kitchen apprentice in his uncles kitchen, undergoing a strict training in the secrets of Chinese cuisine.
