Get to leave for BMT in May. Appreciate the vids been working on over all fitness and taking all the advice I can get.

@beantowncho Great. Keep working at it!

@XxKiprotichxX Yeah, I know. I was just confused because situps are 50, 60, 75, which means you've got to get on it! So pretty much 1 a second. Just sounds incredibly fast! Thanks though! I better get to it.

@sdopfel It's 1.
But even if it was 2 you should still train as if it was 1 so then you would do EVEN better :)
-
@sdopfel For Air Force BMT it is a 1 minute time limit for push ups and sit ups.
-
On the pt test is it 1 min for pushups/situps or 2? Keep hearing both.

@Kolashov You would be surprised. One of biggest problems basic training Instructors face is that trainees are not fit enough to keep up with the physical pace which results in many trainees being recycled. Always aim for the highest score or maximum points and you won’t fail. If you aim for the minimum you run the risk of missing it. And then game over.

lol , if you're so weak that you can't do push ups on the damn ground , then you probably won't even pass the tests to actually GET to basic...
i can do step one but once i get to the floor it all goes down hill but imma keep working on it #THANKSFORTHIS
