The guy doing my diff/drive shaft & pinion yoke is using Mark Williams stuff. All sfi approved (SFI 43.1) and your choice of 1350 & 1480 U-joints. Hope it helps. Nothing cooler than makin a heavy (Chevy) car haul the mail. :)

  • Runs great....now that really does look like "two tons of fun" ! Just curious....What is the index for I/Stock ?

  • sweet! love it!

  • @dfinkie Pro Stock is cool I think, but other than that I agree.

  • COOL 68 i love it i have a 65 impala with the same combination my question is what type of drive shaft & pinion yoke are you using? im sure its not a stocker with those launches your doin...anyhow keep up the good work people dont realize how hard it is to get these big cars rollin with a small motor and no jug...65 impala ss396 best e.t. to date 11.69 @114 mph

  • Awsome ride, love it. I have a new engine one the way for my 67 396/325 SS Impala which i plan to run at the occasional nostalgia meets.

I was going to pick your brain about your chassic combo but it's probably easier if you gave me some reccomendations based on my engine. Its a 582 that made 728HP @5600 rpm and 752ft-lbs@4500. Any ideas on set up? Im thinking Hotchkis trailing arms (adjustable uppers) Qa-1 shocks etc etc....

    Any help would be appreciated.
