Nice job polishing! It's an illness that I also contracted while working on a DSM, and everything I couldn't polish, I powder coated.
I used to love my Toyota X-tra cab enough to do that. I'd like to get another one someday and put a 4g63 turbo in it. 330,000 miles on a 22R was great, but now that I've experienced boost and 300+ lbs of torque, I just can't go back.

The rumbling sound right after revving is your PAIR valve resonator chamber.

Thanks :) I spent many hours hand polishing parts. Valves sound much better now after an adjustment, but I found an exaust leak off the header contributing to the noise.
