  • I love love love the 1995 adaption, it's always in my mind whenever I read the book! Jennifer Ehle and Colin Firth, amazing!

2005 version is simply not the same story and Bride and Predjudice...horrible!

  • muchas gracias por el video! He visto esta mini-series no se cuantas veces y no me canso de verla.

Colin Firth is just so hot and was the perfect Fitzwilliam Darcy, no other man would be believable as Darcy but Colin sweet Colin Firth.

  • "I think Pride&Prejudice will still be read when people go holiday on the moon"

    I love this :)

  • @Avillageidiot59

Don't apologize. 1980 is still my favorite. David Rintoul is exactly the way I picture Darcy whenever I read the book. And Elizabeth Garvie isn't nearly as smug and nasty as Jennifer Ehle is.

  • Es posible encontrar el documental con subtítulos en español?

  • I really liked the 2005 version but I think the 1995 version is the best. :D

  • This 1995 adaptation of pride and prejudice book is by far the best ever made. Colin Firth was so amazing as Mr Darcy

  • I adore the Firth/Ehle version - watched it religiously each Sunday at 9pm with my mum when I was 12 :-) But I do think David Rintoul was also marvellous as the dark, brooding Darcy.

  • @funkyfranx I believe the 1985 version with David Rintoul as Mr. Darcy to be the best version that I've seen so far. (With apologies to all those who like Colin Firth).

  • The 1995 is far better than the 2005. Not that Keira was terrible but she was too modern in the way she spoke and acted. Jennifer did a much better job, she was exactly what you expected Elizabeth to be like. As for darcy, Collin also did a better job than matt. He was better looking and played the part better and anyone who says Matthew was the way Austen drew it out clearly is a dumbshit and hasn't read the book seeing the 1995 copied everything WORD FOR WORD
