I have a hard time wrapping my head around this being emo. When I think emo, i thin Sunny Day Real Estate and Texas is the Reason. This sounds like hardcore punk (not bad by any means). How is this emo? Is it just the lyrics?

I'm not sure why I got thumbs down for saying that Bring Me the Horizon, Chiodos, and the Devil Wears Prada sucks and that this band is good.
