The perfect measurement can't be given to you. It has to be customized to you. Simply measure the hieght from your shoulders to the ground and then measure the length of yours arms stretched out at shoulder level from hand to hand. So your height plus the width of your arms spread out. add those and then add about 1 ft or so to make the hand loops and for the knot that you attatch your weight or chain to

I live in Taiwan and study Chinese full time, (but spend twice as much time training haha) My teacher in USA taught me a lot of chain whip techniques which I carried over into the dart or meteor hammer. I don't have a scholarship and actually use a padlock on the end of a cord... but you showed me some stuff I haven't seen before and I would like to thank you for that... All the way from Taiwan. awesome, im glad to know thative actually taught things to ppl. after a while of practitioning with the dart self taught through youtube videos and such i eventualy discovered most of my new moves through mistakes. Like they say : 'Your weapon is your best teacher'
