what's wrong with everyone??? was i the only one who thought this episode was UTTERLY AMAZING??? :D it was surprisingly refreshing. loved the set designs, the acting, and of course the story... and i loved the final scene with Abagail's song. but i suppose it's perspective. anyway, this episode left me with a special, warm feeling i can't really describe :) merry christmas ...halfway out of the dark ..

@pikopikochuu I thought A Christmas Carol was amazing too. Compared to how dark and utterly screwed up David's Christmases were (lemme see, killer Christmas trees, robots with tuba bazookas, spiders coming from the core to eat all of Earth, and almost everyone dead on a Space Titanic), I have to admit, Matt had a lighter and still very good Christmas episode (despite the sadness you get in the last fifteen minutes).

This episode was gorgeaus! Smith is a genius...and before someone is going to disagree..I luv Eccelston. He was fantastic and Tennant was my first doctor, so there will always be a special place in my heart for 10 <3. But Smith is also brilliant. EVERY DOCTOR IS BRILLIANT. Of course they're all diffrent. This is the philosphie of Doctor Who. Everything will change and to be honest, this is the reason why this series succeded so much. So marry X-mas by the way, although it is july :-)

I thought this episode was so boring! Michael Gambon was wasted in this. I hope the next series is just as brilliant as the first 'Matt Smith is the Doctor' series.
