"You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown" NCI CYT Spring 2003

The opening number to the production of "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown" I was in five years ago. I was a member of the ensemble. I'm in a yellow dress, my hair is really long, and I'm wearing glasses--see if you can find me. :)

And if any of my fellow ex-cast members see this, comment! I've been wanitng to know what's going on with my fellow CYT alumni.

What is CYT?

@iceleoparde CYT stands for Christian Youth Theater, an after school theater arts program for kids ages 6-18 that does musical theater productions. If you Google "Christian Youth Theater", you should be able to find its website.

WOW for an after school program you guys are amazing. For any program you guys are amazing! How many days a week did you practice? And do you have all the other songs that could be uploaded?

I have to say compaired to the Oliver! You guys also did, this one stands SO far out.

We worked five days a week (Monday through Friday) from about 4:00 in the afternoon to 9:00 at night. Rehearsals lasted about two months. The director worked us very, very hard.

I could upload some more songs from different shows. I'll have to dig through my DVDs and find them.

And thanks again, but I personally liked "Oliver!" out of the two shows, not only because of its source material (I love classic novels) but also because I played Dr. Grimwig in it, haha.

ALRIGHT! VIEWER NUMBER 6,000! Well, I wanted to congratulate you on a job well done. I loved the perfect mix of dancing and singing, especially how you added in harmonies. I've seen a lot of other peformances where the harmonies were ignored. You guys are awesome! And I can't wait to do this at my school next month. Awesome job, guys! :D

I was on this show and we rehearsed about 2-3 times a week for about 2 months and then 4 days a week during the week leading up to the show.
