i don't know bro...i don't trust anything that comes out of bernanke's mouth. that guy's just tryna bankrupt the nation. also...he did have a good point...this bullet does have to be a comuter train cause if its not....theres no way its gonna generate half as much as they project. this prop didn't pass did it?? =[
