Today I didn't really do that much except for my dayjob, but I did get some groceries after. So, here's the video I took while shopping at the Lidl supermarket in the Dutch village of Badhoevedorp.
Lidl is one of these typical German supermarkets that are popping up in every country I can think of, using a formula of having low priced products of mostly no-name brands, but still offering a pretty good quality altogether. The stores aren't that big, for example the Albert Heijn I visited last weekend was like 3x the size of this Lidl, and they are designed for pallet placement in the aisles mostly, much like a warehouse. Also there is less staff, that have to do more work for a lower salary, but all these things together make your average bag of groceries about 50 percent cheaper than the same bag would cost at an A-brand supermarket like Albert Heijn.
I hope you like this tour through a Dutch version of a German supermarket.
Keep them shopping-carts rollin'! ;P
i should do a shopping video too.

dont you like fruits and vegetables? Everything there is packaged foods. Your diet is crappy.

@MelPoet1 It might be crappy but I'm enjoying every bit of it! To me, there's only a limited choice of fruits and vegetables to like. But hey, different people, different flavours, right! :)
