love this choke, my first ever submission was due to the cross choke i'll always remeber it so easy and effective in bjj and in the street.

From my experience, I once got into a fight with some idiot at a Judo dojo a while back. The guy really wanted to kill me, but he wasn't able to get one punch in on me because I was grabbing his gi and controlling his posture from my guard. Think about it, learning this gi stuff might save your life when you use an attacker's jacket or winter coat against him.

Do you guys even get that these videos are for competition Jiu Jitsu?
