Leg Extension: 8 by 8, 30 secs rest: Full stack for 4 sets, 2/3 stack for 2 sets, 1/2 stack for 2 sets
Barbell Front Squats: 115 for 10 reps, 185 for 8 reps, 255 for 6 reps (rest time was 60 secs)
Barbell Squats (below parallel): 345 for 5 reps for set 1 and 2, 365 for 5 reps for sets 3 and 4 sets, 385 for 4 + 1 reps for set 5 (rest time was 2 to 3 mins to max heavy lifting)
Tri Set: Ice Skater Hopes, Squat jumps with sec pause at bottom, Hyperextensions
25 to 30 reps all for 3 sets. (rest time was back to back, when Matt finished, I went and vis versa)
Workout time: 1 hour 15 to 20 mins

  • That was at the end of your leg workout..' WOW ' How long does it take your legs to recover from a workout like that? Are you able to do cardio the next day?

  • @ddgym65 did some today but just real light, about 5 mins on the jump rope and about 15 mins on the per core. not like I went out and jogged a 5k or anything, just recovery cardio

  • @SmexyPC video typing this really did helpedme push out a few more reps, but that cost me the ability to speak after the set. Just trying to take it up another level to get those legs where they need to be for my main show this year. Takes for the support

  • @flippinman2008 And unless you can match me rep for rep, lbs for lbs and finish this workout in the same time, do not try to call me out. Last, I am sure you are capablie of videoing yourself, why dont you try pulling off this tri set and see what it takes and I will even let you do it fresh without having to doing all the other work like I did for this was my "LAST SET' of 25 sets on legs that I finish with my partner Matt in about 1 hour, 15 to 20 mins

  • i did this Tri-set today after my leg workout and i did 30 ice skater, 27 squat jumps, and 30 hyperextensions. THIS IS NO JOKE!!!! had me feeling sick!

    have you ever tried H.I.T. (High Intensity Training)? I've started it last week, because I was experiencing lack of improvements and Ive read, that it's better than the average 3-4 set workouts. It sure is pretty intense :p
