What's on the G20 summit agenda, and what is the most efficient way of handling the economic slowdown? RT speaks to Russian president Dmitry Medvedevs aide Arkady Dvorkovich about the challenges the financial crisis poses
If the SDR/basket system is just another global quantitative easing or is the first and hidden step/doorway to a one world currency than it is worthless. Coz money will be literally burnt without any positive effect but worsen everything. And in my view IMF, Wordbank, UN or similar are not at all the best choice to overview or issue it.
It is a great shame, Your excellencies, Mr Prime Minister Влади́мир Влади́мирович Пу́тин, and Mr President Дмитрий Анатольевич Медведев. I think it is a great shame when so much effort has been made by some to withdraw completely from the IMF and World Bank. Surely, I am missing something. Best Regards
This seems highly unsatisfactory to me. All major currencies that are in the SDR "basket" are suffering the same problem, an opaque and privatised monetary power. This system was set up by the Central Banks and continued under the elegy of the IMF. IMF "Structural Readjustment" policies are a clear example of Privatisation by lending to corrupt, desperate, or naive leaderships and then forcing these policies upon them when the debt is impossible to pay. Hardly any better than US Fed. Res.
