@Twoodssax1234567, why is it 'good news" that people can be brainwashed into hating themselves so much that they deny who they really are? The vast majority of "ex-gay" men ultimately admit that they cannot, have not, and will never change from gay to straight, and end up returning to same-sex relationships, thereby devastating their wives and children. When "religious" and societal pressure compels people to live a lie, and pretend being gay is "wrong" and can be changed, everyone suffers.

Of course, you cannot be an "ex-gay" any more than you can be an "ex-black" or "ex-tall". With enough indoctrination, self-loathing, "religious" pressure and societal hatred, anyone can deny, suppress, reject, and ignore his innate self, but in the end, since you can't change who you really are, what's the point?

WTF? Repairative therapy is a crock of horseshit. It destroys lives, like it almost destroyed mine! I almost commited suicide because of being gay. Repairative therapy is a root of evil. I am PROUD to be a gay man, who IS created in the image of God just like eveyone else. Why do "christians" think it is their job to change us? WTF?!
