Yes, that is another way of looking at it. I confess, I haven't researched it in depth and I realize some actually drink their urine for healing benefits. Something just doesn't sit right with me on that but I'll try to remain open minded. =))

Many diabetics have reversed their syndrome with simple changes to their lifestyle such as outlined in this series.

Some have reversed it in just a few weeks with a radical change in diet---I'm thinking in particular the raw food diet done properly (not the Hollywood version). You'll see about that in Praxis 2.

If water is good - of course it is - and salt is required - why is drinking salt water so bad or is it? I've been told it brings on madness in sailors etc who have had to do it. Just curious - thanks for this post - much love, peace freedom and truth

Good question. I think it has to do with the specific gravity of the salt water. It's too salty to be absorbed so passes through further dehydrating us if i understand correctly.

A little salt water is okay but if it's all you have then it seems it would serve to debilitate rather than hydrate.

@smuckerlingos does it contain caffeine though? green tea has a higher caffeine than a cup of coffee. therefor it is a diuretic. not sure if all herbal teas have caffeine though.

@mooners40 she is correct, sea salt water has a very high concentration of salt to water. It will give you diarhea in like 5 seconds after drinking it. Drinking a high salt to water ratio is used in the master cleanse to flush a person colon out!

I cured my diabetes with an Raw Food Diet.

In 2 weeks from 4 times a day insuline to nothing.

(You need to very regularly check your Blood Glucose level during this period, and adjust your insuline accordingly. If you start eating Raw Food and keep your insuline the same it would be dangerous, you would risk hypoglycemia)

Indeed, as water is actually a product of metabolism, there are few chemical reactions using it that would be exothermic. The creation of water from hydrogen and oxygen is an intensely energetic process. It requires at least the energy released during that process to break water apart again.
