Does tapping help awaken any psychic medium etc abilities that I may have? If it does what should I say while doing the tapping? Any help would do. :-)

As soon as i started tapping on my hand i got emotional, as if i needed to release something. Is that normal? and why did that happen to me?

The other day I met a girl and I can't stop thinking about her because I feel like I know her or I've met her before. hmm wow well once i dreampt my ex wifes was having my baby i saw it was a lil girl i even saw how the baby came out and everything like if i was there but i was in another country the next day when i called b4 they could tell me anything i told them what the sex was and they were with there mouths open they asked me who told me i just said i saw it in a dream. wat can u tell me about that and thanx in advance

That happens a lot. Just keep tapping on the feeling. "Even though i'm feeling very (sad, emotional, etc.) I love and aaccept myself." and then tap through the points "This sad feeling" Watch for memories or flashbacks from the past and you can tap on those too.
