before you call it fake you should probably try it. call it crazy but this is one of the easiest things to test that people commonly think is fake.and, for the record, its real. the Wii remote looks for two sources of infared light on a horozontal plane. it judges distance by how far away or close together the sources are, so you should try to get the candles as close to where the lights on the sensor bar would be. doesnt work great, but hey, ok replacement for a broken bar till you buy another
