Tsunami - Water Receding At Wharf In Monterey CA 3-11-2011

Tsunami reaches Monterey California in the morning after 8.9M Earthquake/Tsunami struck Japan hours earlier (Japan earthquake currently being reported as 7th largest ever in recorded world history).

Water recedes around 8am. Water appears to return to a higher tide later in the 8 o'clock hour as the official low tide, scheduled for 9:20am, approaches.
