ur left foot looks like u want to do a kickflip, i put mine evenly across the board with no slant. Also you can try flicking the board like a kickflip or hitting it with your heel to spin it... i would say to flick it the way you are now cuz its kinda hard to land when u spin it with your heel

Here's a bit of advice to stay over the board, first try landing with the board upside down, once you can do that all you need to do is flick it a bit harder
