"One of the great companies of the world" The New York Times
Martha Graham is considered the "Mother of Modern Dance." Founded in 1926 by the legendary dancer and choreographer, the Martha Graham Dance Company is the oldest and one of the most celebrated contemporary dance companies in America. The Washington Post has labeled the company "one of the seven wonders of the artistic universe." Since its inception, the Company has received international acclaim from audiences in over 50 countries.
PS: I remember when I first met Terese Capucilli. I said to her, gushing, "I've probably watched Errand into the Maze (2:05) about a hundred times." She said, "Oh, then you must know all the choreography by now." She was right. lol. I know the whole thing. Another of my favorite memories was watching this rehearsed at the MG center.

Oh my God! That's Terese Capucilli doing Sketches from Chronicle. When I was 19-years-old I was a student at the Martha Graham school and I used to watch in amazement as she would rehearse that revival. I actually used to help her move the prop around. One of the happiest memories of my life!
